Help! Won't start in standard mode

    Hello All,
I have a windows xp laptop that started acting up after setting up mcafee personal firewall. After setup the firewall found GMT which I removed. Now it will only boot up in safe mode. I have run adware and spybot and cleaned the system.
The one clue I have found is a entry in the event viewer.

    --------event viewer----------------
the following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
    AmdK7
    Fips
    IPSec
    MPFIREWL
    MRxSmb
    NetBIOS
    NetBT
    RasAcd
    Rdbss
    Tcpip

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Also, i have run hijackthis for diagnosis. Here is the log:

If you can I would uninstall Mcafee & run a system restore to before the install.

    Then:

Please go to add/remove programs and uninstall NewdotNet. If you don't have that option or if you have difficulties then please follow the instructions on this site.

    Then:

Please go to Windows Update & install SP2 & all critical updates.

Only after all this would I attempt to reinstall Mcafee. Note that after SP2 you will want to disable the SP2 firewall if you run Mcafee.

You also may want to have a new log checked first:

Please follow owen's Instructions and then post your log in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs section (Not Here).
