hi everyone,
i am looking for a bit of help with a problem !!!
when starting up my puter i get a window for RUN.DLL
inside the window it says: error loading c:\windows\download program files\bridge.dll
the specified module could not be found.
now my puter won't let me load games properly or my satnav software (taxi drivers nightmare from hell).
if anybody can help it would be most appreciated, but be warned i'm not that hot with all the terminolgy of puters.

It looks like you may have some spyware. Nothing serious just download these two programs (don't worry they are free):

Spybot
http://www.isecurity.org.uk/html/downloads.html#Useful

Adware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

Make sure they are fuly updated and then scan your entire computer with both of them, removed whatever they bring up and then restart your computer.

If this does not sort it out then come back and we will try something else.
