Hi All,
I just recently did some general house work on my PC in which I completey reformatted my 200gb HDD. (Note: Before I did anything I backed all my data up by copying it off to another source).

When I finally set my PC up as I wanted I redonwloaded all my data and was quite content, until today that is.

I had recently bought a copy of Norton Ghost as I was sick of re-installing Windows ever two minutes, and now though it a good idea to use it to make a completely fresh image of my Windows partition. Instead I actidently copied the data within the partition over the top of my main data storage , and so have now lost of all my cirical data.

Is there anyway of bringing it back.


HELP!!!!!

(p.s. I deleted all the backup copies I made on the external source. DOH!!!! )
