Do you get power lights on the PC?
Do you get any beeps ?
as this just happened or has it been playing up a while?

and nothing happens when you turn on the PC ? has the fuse in the power lead gone?
the computer starts up as though there is nothing wrong then just as its completing the setup the message comes up and if i click ok it shuts down and starts all over again till it gets to the message again
can you boot into safe mode? press f8 just before windows boots frome ide
