I am receiving the following error when ever I go into the internet explorer or my documents can anyone tell me how to fix this

your help is appreciated

I know of two things that can cause this problem:

1. Something has gone wrong with Internet Explorer and a quick uninstall/reinstall should sort it out.

2. This problem happened to me and I found out I had the Blaster (F) Worm virus, I removed it and then restarted and the problem ceased.

I am sure other members will chip in with ideas and help.
