I have a very strange problem. If you drag the cursor across the screen to the left, it stops at the edge as it is supposed to. But, if you drag it to the right, it goes off the screen. This causes problems with gaming.
I have tried updating the video drivers. Any ideas? I have never seen this one before.

Seems the very tip of the arrow is the key point.
On the top or left side the tip hits the edge so the arrow remains on screen.
At the right or bottom the arrow goes off screen untill the tip hits the edge.
This is normal. So not a problem in itself.
Will keep an eye out for any possible adjustments however.

Hmmm, when your are gaming, does your coursor blend in with the back ground? Or maybe yuo move it to fast and loose track of it. I have done this often. Also, check your mouse properties. thats all i can think of now.
