please can you help- new user to windows xp however everytime i save to either disc or cd --- when i come to access it- either disc or cd - and amend it- it comes up with IT IS OVERWRITE PROTECTED-- ? is how do i remove this - onto floppy i am doing nothing different to previous---- please can someone help- can i remove the o'write protection before i save - or can i after i save aaaaa sorry im a ludite- please help- thanks

set up can not load the installer (modem.cpl)for the modem hardware being installed.contact your hardware vendor for assistance or b / missing CNXT V92 data fact voice installation disc - can anyone advise on a course of action please

Right click the folder / file & then click properties.
Make sure "Read Only" is NOT checked. Also check your permissions.

As to the data fax voice modem are you following the installation guide?
Are you installing the software before the hardware?
In retry attempts are you uninstalling before reinstalling?
