My nephew put in a password for my Mom on her computer. He forgot the password and we can not sign on to the computer. It gives a prompt user name (Nanna) and waits for the password. There is no hint given to try and remember the password. How can I bypass the password or add another user to be able to select who can use the computer. What are my options? I've tried F8 and seen where I could run it in safe mode. Please help if you can. Thank you,

If you run in safe mode you should be able to log on as administrator and change the password of the account.............(as long as the admin account is not password protected)

The policy here at D-A-L is not to help with problems of this type. How do we know you aren't trying to get around the security setup of someone else's computer.
