Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Display.
On the Desktop page select Customize Desktop.
On the Desktop Items select the Web page.
Remove the check marks from any items listed in the "Web pages"
box.
Make sure that "Lock desktop items" is unchecked as well.
Hit OK twice.
Hopefully that will fix your display problem.
It looks like you've got a spyware problem. You might want to
take a look at these sites:
http://aumha.org/a/parasite.htm
http://aumha.org/a/quickfix.htm
Also run:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/ma...e/default.mspx
i got adware SE personal, nortan antivirus 2003, and Stinger..
"error copying to WebCleaner.dll"
When i did the control panel thing, all it showed was settings
I am not familiar with WebCleaner but since it is a filtering HTTP proxy that deals with HTML issues I would check its configurations or turn it off or uninstall it.
Also if this just happened try a system restore point prior to the problem.
I have a screenshot of my desktop of you would like, but theres not site that will upload a pic this big.. do you got MSN or AIM?
I have no messengers![]()
I would suggest re-booting into safe mode & choose a system restore.
If that does not straighten it out try to boot into Safe Mode itself.
b-b-b-but im listening to my music!
jokin, So I go into safe mode and do what?
PS: better yet I can email you my pic?
I can pic your pic from your words![]()
when you get into safe mode options choose safe mode and then choose system restore.
try a restore point to before this problem.
if that does not work then try to go into safe mode itself & maybe we can check display settings there.
WE? Im kidding.. Ill try that oncw i finish installing RAID
RAID is also in your screen shot for Other Devices i.e. unrecognised.
WE | You are certainly doing alot of things here![]()
