    Question about svchost.exe

Hey i have 6 svchost.exe's running in my process list. I'm wondering if this is normal or if I can safley disable a few of them. 3 are classed as [system], 2 as [network service], and 1 as [local service]. I have a wireless/ wired network wif a router and stuff, but I dont have a webserver or anything like that. Does anyone know about how many of these you need running?

It's normal to have 5 or 6 instances of svchosts running when you are in a networked situation, I have 6 showing as well. More information on svchost can be found HERE HTH
