Depends on which BIOS you have.

There are like 3 standard ways to go into BIOS:
When you see the POST screen (info on Processor, Memory, Drive Detection, etc)
press either

DEL
F2
F1 (think this one is IBM only)
Shift +S

One of them keys should bring you into BIOS
