I have several problems and I'm gonna lay them all down:

1. if you fo down the screen and onto the Taskbar and rightclick and then go to Properties. and then you go to Customize at the bottom and then there, on the icon tray stuff, is it possible to delete items there because it worries the hell out of me when i see them. there are icons there of software i uninstalled and someplaces it says 50% installed and i go what the f*ck?!? please help... can i fix it...

2. My computer has become significantly slow and it scares me cause i can;t afford to mess up my brand new laptop. I don;t understand if it is software or spyware/adware or anything new these f*cking virus creators have done! I have Norton and it says there that its fine everytime i do a full system check but i totally don't believe that ****!

3. My internet connection (Broadband) os really weird. When I start my comp and connect to my ISP it goes pretty fast but then after a few minutes it slows down and most of the time 'the page cannot be displayed'. restart the comp and then it starts runnging smoothly again. Its weird!!?

Also do you disk clean & defragment?
start > all programs > accessories > system tools > (disk clean; disk defrag)

The first is thr registry editor. go to start > run > (type in) regedit
Then follow the "path" from Current User....so on

The task Manager can be found by either right clicking on a "blank" area of the task bar; or; press Ctrl Alt Delete
