Hello

Using Windows XP pro PCs the user logs onto the Win2000 server.

I want to change the Power options on the PCs but I get a message saying the User doesnt have authorization to change the settings.

I have signed in as the Administrator and changed the settings there but when I sign back in as a user they have reverted to their previous set up.

Any easy way around this?

if you go back in as a administarter whatr are the settings like then are they as you left them or are they back to the default settings

I can change the settings as administrator and they stay as changed but they dont affect the settings as a user. I think it has something to do with the user account which logs into the server. Its settings dont seem to be stored on the local machine...or do they? I'm not sure
