When I leave me computer for a while , my computer freezes up and a blue screen appears, saying d000014 unknown hard error , beginning dump of physical memory, can anyone help me with this.

If this happens again please take down the exact error message.
If you want your dump file analysed do this:
1) Download and install the
Debugging Tools from Microsoft
2) Locate your latest memory.dmp file- C:\WINDOWS\ Minidump\Mini011005-01.dmp or whatever
3) open a CMD prompt and type: cd\program files\debugging tools for windows\
4) then type the following stuff:
c:\program files\debugging tools>kd -z C:\WINDOWS\ Minidump\Mini011005-01.dmp
(it will spew a bunch)
kd> .logopen c:\debuglog.txt
kd> .sympath srv*c:\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols
kd> .reload;!analyze -v;r;kv;lmnt;.logclose;q
(it will spew)
5) You now have a debuglog.txt in c:\, open it in notepad and post to this thread.

Please describe the problem/s you are having. Did this blue screen just happen once? Does it repeat? With the exact same error and parameters?
Is this a new problem? Does it happen all the time? Are you doing anything specific when it happens? Playing games? etc.
Is this a new computer? Any new hardware and or software?
At first glance I would suspect your hard drive. Do you know what make it is? You can run the diagnostic provided by the manufacturer. Here is a list of the major brands:

Also: look in your Event viewer: rt. click My Computer then click Manage then Event Viewer.
Or: Administrative Tools/Event Viewer or Start/Run/ eventvwr
Open the system as well as the application tabs & look for X errors. Click error line for details.
Post back the source & event id especially of errors that seem to coincide with a crash. Also check the Information lines that might coincide with this issue.

thanks for your help so quikly.
1)the error message is that stop:d000014 unknown hard error ...and saying about that dump of physical memory etc.
2)this happened 10days ago after I installed the driver of HP printer all-in-one PSC1510 and then deleted the unnecessary portion, the same day the error happened.
and yesterday it happened again.
3)after it happended ,I resetup the PC, then it happened again, I tryed it some times,sometime it resetup twice ,sometime it resetup 5 times and then setup sucessfully.
the error happened randomly. Maybe 5times one day, maybe once one day.
4) I did not playing the games and the extra application when it happens
5)My note-PC is IBM X40,memory is 512M,at 2005-07 I added 512M,and now is 1G.
and the hardware is made by Hatachi I think.
6)I run the run the diagnostic provided by Hitachi&IBM,but it need the foopy driver,so I cannot do it sucessfully.

I would suggest uninstalling the printer and all related software and drivers.
See if this clears up the error. If so we can research a more compatible way to reinstall that printer.
