OK....i was on my pc and turned it off and the next day i turned it on i loged in but all that came up was my desktop theme , no start menu bar or my short cuts so i waited thinkin it was just runing slow but no it just stayed like that so i tried bringing up task maneger and decided to restart it i loged on again same thing so i loged on to a other user and that one worked so i ran a virus check on my pc but nothing but i couledent realy do anytheing cuz i was the administrator so it didnt realy let my do any thing so i restarted it and i loged in to my user and the same thing happend and all of a sudden this pop up came up and i clicked it out but it took too lond so i brought out the task maneger an tried it that way and everything froze so i just held on to the power butten and tryed to turned it off but it just hibernated and now every time i turn it on it goes to the same pop up and the task maneger frozen that suckes
