upon bootup, just as the desktop loads, Mcafee splashscreen appears for 2 seconds then a mysterious blank document titled "myie-untitled" pops up for 2 seconds, (virus?) Then Bluescreen with IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and a memory location. the system will continue this cycle over and over again. System will boot in Safe Mode but stops for 45 seconds at mup.sys before desktop loads. I have run Ad-Aware and Spybot and deleted all files that they picked up. Here is HiJackThis log:
