    Computer "Stealing" internet from others

I have a rather weird problem with my network. I have 4 computers attached to a basic wireless router, and it has dchp enabled or watever the normal way to delegate the internal ip address to the computers is.(As in 192.168.0.2, then 192.168.0.3 etc) I installed a file sharing program (morphous from cnet) on one of the computers and it works fine on that computer. However when ever it is running on that computer the other 3 computers cannot get on the internet.(page cannot be displayed in IE, email doesnt work in outlook, online games dont work etc.) As soon as I turn off that computer the problem goes away and all the computers can get online fine again. Its like the one computer is hogging the internet connection and "stealing" it from the others. I do have cable internet, 256up/3000down, and i havent downloaded anything other than a few little demo files from this program. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas as to how 1 computer program could disable the internt connection network wide?

Looks like the file sharing program on the computer that hogs is the problem. Why do you only have it on one computer, and would the network work without it? Try running the network without it and see what happens.

i guess i was a little unclear. My network and stuff works fine without the program running.(Which is what im doing now) I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to how i can run the program and stop it from stealing the connection. The program is Morpheus, <http://www.download.com/Morpheus-w-NEOnet-beta/3000-2166-10313364.html?tag=lst-4-1> I also tried to run bearshare before this and the the same thing happened.
