Hello, my problem is that the system stops right after the Hp blue screen shows and then I get the message error loading operationg system. Have tried to troubleshoot the system and the drive is showing in my BIOS. Can not get to my f-10 recovery console, Help Please. To all thanks in advance.

Choose your model then: "Solve a problem"

Then: "System Recovery".
