I still have not managed to back up my files, I have done as I was advised (back up to hard drive) but when it came to put them on cd I was informed that there was not enough space on it to do it. 2.25 GB of information to go on to the cd. I do hope someone out there can help me as I am relatively new to computers and I would not like to lose all my music and pics I have on my poota. : [COLOR=RoyalBlue]

if youre only backing up your media files, simply split them over several discs.
drag and drop files into the cd-rw window, say 10 at a time, and everynow and then, highlight all the files and right-click for properties, and it should tell you the total file size. i think most cd's give you 700MB. if you exceed this, then simply remove a few files from the cd-rw window so that the total is less than 700MB. burn your disc, CHECK IT (ie. eject disc, re-insert and check files are on disc and can be read)!!! then repeat process :-)
