    Windows XP reboot problem

When I reboot before windows loads and I am still at a black screen it says that my memory has changed and then everything loads sooooo slow and with huge icons. When it finally finishes I have to go and restore to a previous day and then everything loads normal. Can you help?

Can you post the exact error message please?

Also can you post what is listed on the Task Manager on the Performance tab for Physical Memory as well as Kernal Memory?

Also right click My Computer then click Properties | Advanced | Performance | Settings | Advanced | Physical Memory
-set this to System Manage Size (if it is not)
