windows xp pro constantly restarting after bootup
I just built a new pc based on an MSI KT6 Board with a barton Sempron 3200, it uses the onboard 5.1 sound and i have an XFX MX 4000, with a stick of Micro 256 mb DDR 2700 memory.
I loaded xp service pack 1 on it and I loaded up antivirus and some other basic software such as word and stuff. It worked fine for two days, but i was having problem with monitor shutting off for a second and coming back on , and i think i fixed it by increasing the frequency to 75 and loading the manufacturer AOC drivers.
But today when i moved it to from my moms house to my apartment, the darn computer boots to Xp fully, i mean i get to the desktop and then it just reboots automatically.
I did have some of the settings in the Bios increased a tad but nothing was maxed out so as to damage the chip or board and the MSI utility says the system is staying cool so i suspect it is not a overheating problem per say.
Can anyone help me with this. I reduced the setting low and also disabled something called "spectrum_________" in the bios frequency settings and the problem stopped. But i am adraid it will come back, can anyone help me..... This is driving me nuts........... I hoping its not a bad board or a bad stick of memory, i burned all my savings building this new system.... any advice would be appreciated.

Well if all is well at the moment you can first off change this setting:
rt. click My Computer then click Properties then Advanced then Startup and Recovery Settings then unclick Automatically restart
This will display a blue screen with error messages if the system fails.
You can then post those error messages.
Also: look in your event viewer: rt. click My Computer then click Manage then Event Viewer.
open the system as well as the application tabs & look for X errors. click error line for details. post back the source & event id especially of errors that seem to coincide with a crash/ reboot.
You might also want to view your Device Manager:
Device Manager: RT click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager

thanks alot for the help man i really appreciate it im gonna try your recommendations.
Since the problem started i changed settings in the bios and it worked stable for about 9 days and now it started doing that *hit again, with the restaring , could this be the possible problem?
: the mobo has integrated raid and i wasnt able to figure out how to turn it off, so when i first setup the system and it booted into the desktop it asked for the raid drivers i got fedup and installed the raid drivers even though there is no raid configuration in use on the pc. Could this be causing a conflict that would give a critical error.
Otherwise, I have been reading up alot on forums. and it seems this kinda porblem at startup is indicative of a power problem or a memory problem but, i thought i couldn't be either because the system worked fine for over a week after i stopped the rebooting problem with the bios tweek.
Any ideas would be approciated bro, thanks for you advice up to now.

I can't find any issues with the RAID.
