Hi all

I am having a problem with my PC shutting down. Everytime i try to install a program or try loading one that actually installed my pc shuts itself down! its so annoying. Any ideas? it will be much appreciated

I think what bear really means, is that when people post problems with their pc's, you need to list everybit of information including your hardware set-up (if you dont know this, let us know and someone will point you in the right direction) and also explain what has happened. for example, if your computer is shutting down, exactly what happens in step-by-step detail. The nature of pc's means that one problem can have many causes and so every bit of information about the fault is vital :-)
