Can anybody help? All of a sudden my system restore quit working. It quit making restore points itself, and won't let me make a restore point manually. It says something like restart computer ( which I do ) and if that doesn't work maybe my hard drive is bad.

I've done all the system checks that comes with Windows XP, and also ran all the programs in Norton System Works, and a few ad removal programs.

The computer works fine, just system restore doesn't.

Anyone got an idea whats wrong?
