I can't give you a copy of the full text because I have to wait until turn to blue screen again so I can take a picture and give it to you. This is very strange to me. For example, I just open 1 browser to search web, it will stay longer, but if I open more windows, like: windows media to listen to music, yahoo messenger, jasc paint shop pro ... 6 or 7 windows at the same time, it will get slow and boom! Blue green appears ... My memory is 1.25GB! I mean it shouldn't do that. It would only do that if I have a low memory.

Anyways, this blue green has been driving me nuts!

Think of a problem with your memory. Have a go at it with the Memtest from http://www.memtest86.com

OH, 1 more thing. I got 2 operating systems in my pc. Win2k and WinXP. Whenever I start up, it pops up a menu for me to choose which windows. If I use windows2000, I don't have a blue green at all, but it reboots by itself if I am doing something heavy like capture, edit and convert videos... It stays a little bit longer than windowsXP, but it still drives me nuts because of rebooting thing.

    So, to sum up

    Windows2000: reboot by itself
WindowsXP: give me a blue screen.

Tried it on a couple of systems whenever i suspected the memory to be the root of all evil. The usage itself is pretty simple, just have a good look at the page i posted. All neccessary things explained there. U will not have to play around with mile-long command lines

Here is more info Re: 0xC000021A

I agree with spud about installing SP2.
The last link Re: I.E. relates to the Service Pack.

    Stop 0xC000021A or STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED

    0xC000021A: STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED
(Click to consult the online Win XP Resource Kit article, or see Windows 2000 Professional Resource Kit, p. 1561.)
This occurs when Windows switches into kernel mode and a user-mode subsystem, such as Winlogon or the Client Server Runtime Subsystem (CSRSS), is compromised and security can no longer be guaranteed. Because Win XP can’t run without Winlogon or CSRSS, this is one of the few situations where the failure of a user-mode service can cause the system to stop responding. This Stop message also can occur when the computer is restarted after a system administrator has modified permissions so that the SYSTEM account no longer has adequate permissions to access system files and folders.
