I tried to burn a web page to cd, but was unable to. My burner is a SONY CD-RW CRX215E5, and my software is that used by a RealOne Player. This was my first attempt, so I have NO knowledge on how to proceed with this activity.

XP has its' own burning capacity. For basic stuff there is no reason to use third party software. Not sure what RealOne would do with it anyway

with a disk in drive

click
File (upper left tool bar)
then
Save Page As...
then click
My Computer
then your Sony CD RW

then Save

You will see in the Task Bar (by the clock) Files Ready to be written to CD

click that & then just follow the XP burning Wizard which will appear.

just to add: you can save any file you wish to your hard drive (my documents (for example)) then right click that file & choose Send To then choose the CD RW. The above process with the wizard will ensue.

How or where exactly did u loose the plot when burnning that page ? Any errors while writing ?
