Every time i try to open My Computer or My Documents or even Control Panel, an error message appears for Dr Watson Post Mortem Debugger. No matter whether i choose to send the error report or not, i always have to restart my computer. I did a system restore that allowed me to search for and delete Dr Watson but in a few days the same thing happened. What can I do to fix this problem?

please follow owen's Instructions and then post your log in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs section.
