All those errors are related to McAfee & its' scanning engine.
Any other problems with McAfee? I see suggestions to reinstall it. As a test you could try your game without it.
Or again wait till the next "black out" & check the errors at that time.

yea, because mcfee always has these windows errors how it goes error balh blah, does it like once every 10 minutes so do u think i should just uninstall it, i also have avg

You should only be running one AV. I would uninstall McAfee. Then either reinstall it without AVG or uninstall both then reinstall AVG. There is possibly conflict & corruption.
You may need to uninstall in safe mode or at least you will need to shut down all active processes of either program in order to uninstall.
Just as a test: If you simply disable all McAfee processes can you run your game ok?
Task Manager: Ctrl Alt Delete: Task Manager: Processes: such as: MCSCAN; AVSync
