Did you pass thru all these steps when you downloaded the drivers?

    How are you uninstalling?

    & just a side ?: do you have a usb: ps/2 adapter?

    usb: ps/2?????

yes i installed it exactly the way it tells me, and no im not using a ps"2 usb adapter because both my keyboard (Saitek Gaming Board) and mouse (Razor Diamndback) are both usb not ps2. and im uninstalling via the add/remove programs.

and why the hell is my computer only showing com1 and com2 not com3 and com4

    your original pic had only 1, 2 & 4

what shows up under universal bus controllers?

I mentioned the usb/ ps/2 adapter in order to test the usb device via a ps/2 port.

you may need to reinstall to uninstall (with device removed)

you could also run back to a restore point if you have one.

eh problem cant be fixed, mainly because the damn screen wont power on anymore, either the usb somehow got a power surge and fried it or somethin else happened.

Do you mean the main monitor or the external lcd?

If it's an USB problem you can either get a PCI USB card or adapters to run your USB devices off the PS/2 ports:

    USB to PS/2 adapter
