Hey all, I dont know if this is a dumb question, but here goes:

where do you find the Internet Service Manager (Microsoft Management Console) on the computer? I have windows XP professional and dont know where to find it, can someone help, thanks all so much

All I can find is this from MS
To open MMC, click Start, and then click Run. In the Open box, type mmc, and then click OK
