I am using Windows Media 10, when i am playing streaming videos my cpu jumps to 100% and it slows down my computer. I have amd 3000+. Can anybody tell me what is wrong? Thanks!

It happens only with wmv files, i am usin wmv v8 encoder.

On the Processes tab of Task Manager is it wmplayer.exe that is using the 100% or is it some combination of processes.

Did you have this problem without the WMV V8 encoder?

One more thing, anybody know good software to download streaming videos.
