undefinedall my shortcuts have suddenly disappeared after i restarted my computer. i do virus and spyware scans everyday. my virus scan listed weird stuff. delete recent files, delete recent saved documents.........and so on

Can you list what your Virus scan listed?

Did you do a cleanup of fix of some kind?

yes, start menu and taskbar work.

i tried my restore points..it didnt help..
it listed..recent documents..recently saved files..recently saved documents..recent files..recent folders.

i dont even know what a cleanup of fix is..
