    You say computer is fine.
    You also say you had the exact same symptoms on 2 different monitors?
    Perhaps it is the card.
    Is there not a VGA connection directly on the motherboard?
    Have you tried plugging into that?

    no other vga connection on the motherboard, if the video card is bad would another monitor work, because my brothers monitor works fine connected to my computer.

    I would say the monitor was the problem; but didn't you say in your first post:

    "changed monitor worked for about ten minutes then did same thing,"?

    Is that 2 monitors that failed?

    But your brothers worked ok?

    Maybe you need to open the monitor & check the cable connection.

    On mine it just requires removing a small panel where the cable enters.
