Hey,

I can't use Internet Explorer at ALL!! The display constantly shows "this page cannot be displayed" and the bottom of the screen shows "C:WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.html. I have looked for information on this issue which shows it is a trojan, however no one seems to know how to get rid of it.
