When I try to use the search feature, all I get is that stupid little dog. Now, my mother just installed a new Anti-Virus/Firewall program from Roadrunner. Could it be blocking the program needed for this or something? Anyway, the buttons in Yahoo! Mail don't seem to be working. I think they are linked. I'm really scared theres something wrong with my computer. Please, if anyone knows how to fix this, let me know. I really don't want to get blamed, which I will. I was thinking it might be a Java issue so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and made sure the firewall didn't block it, but still no search feature. I need help!!!

The problem stems from Search Assistant being unable to connect to http://sa.windows.com. This can be caused by proxy servers, firewalls and some "ad blocking" software.
