ok...so my keyboard is pretty messed up....whenever i press space, it mutes my computer...when i press alt, it turns the volume down....also, the shift keys really dont work at all, and im pretty sure the ctrl button doesnt work either....i was wondering if anybody knew how to fix this problem...i really dont wanna go out and get another keyboard cuz i just bought this one....any suggestions are well appreciated thanks a lot

Do you have an old keyboard that you can try? To see if the board is the problem?

If it's a new board you should be able to return/ replace it; no?

also I fell asleep on my Shift key today & discovered "Sticky Key"

Sticky key is a feature that allows people who have
problem pressing more than one key at a key. To disable
sticky key, go to Control Panel > Accessibility Options
and unchecked use sticky key. You may also want to go
into settings and unchecked use shortcut (which evokes
every time when you press Shift key 5 consecutive times.)

Just made me wonder if this could be your issue?
