every time i plug my ipod in, itunes loads up and then shuts down with an itunes error message. i have reset my ipod, uninstalled itunes and reinstalled it. my ipod menus are empty yet the reinstalled itunes still has my full library. i have reset the ipod several times, put it into disk mode and back and it is still not showing up in itunes. it is showing in my computer.i've it (20G) for a week and until last night it was working fine. is there anything i can try before i restore the factory settings
