Just bought a new Time Computer and every time the phone rings the PC starts up. Not a major problem just its starting to bug as I cant rectify it. Any help would be so appreciated.

Change your Powersave to not wake on Ring.

here are a couple tips from the threads below:

Check in the Bios for a setting similar to wake on ring.

Either in BIOS or in Device Manager, the modem is configured to "wake up"
your computer. Thus, check your BIOS APM configuration and the modem
properties in Device Manager.

your fax settings in the computer are activating the
computer to receive a fax. go to the fax console ''through
printers area' to kill.
