    intermittent fatal crashes

Two crashes in nine days after no crashes for half a year. Please suggest what could be the problem,
    Thanks in advance,
    George

    Symptoms:
monitor displays "Input out of range", system does not respond to keyboard.

    Conditions:
First crash (9 days ago): happened when closing Firefox with several (about 7) tabs with heavy pages.
Second crash (today): happened on idle system

Recent changes (preceding the first crash):
processor upgrade and increase fsb speed from 333 (166) to 400 (200) Mhz
Memory tested with memtest86 and microsoft test program: no errors found.
I plan to reinstall video drivers but have not done so yet

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: bf80109d, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: ae94cb90, Trap Frame

    just a quick look =

Input out of range is usually associated with an issue between your monitor & TV settings; assuming you have your TV in some connection with the PC?
If so then check those settings: control panel > display > settings

Also try resetting your video drivers:

Boot the computer to "Enable VGA Mode". (F8 after BIOS)
Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
    - Find your video driver package & uninstall
While in Control Panel, go to System, Hardware
Device Manager. Expand (Click +) besides Video
-Any devices listed, Right Click, Choose Uninstall
Reboot the Machine - It will re-detect your video card
    Re-install the drivers
Go back to Device Manager and change your monitor
    definition to the correct vendor/model.

Your second log had more to do with some connection issues
anything like a web cam or internet phone?

Also check your Event Viewer (rt. click my computer then click manage)
click on error lines for details. Look at the time trying to coincide with crash.

Thanks for suggestions, jephree. I planned to play with video drivers but decided to ask if somebody can spot something else in dumps.

I do not have TV or web cam or internet phone connected to my PC. I have printer and UPS plugged to USB ports and I do plug a variety of removable storages to USB ports from time to time. BTW, I have installed printer very recently somewhat preceding the first crash.

I have checked Event Viewer and there is absolutely nothing preceding either of crashes.

alot of your first log is pointing to your audio.
searching kmixer.sys brings up alot of problems reported.

is your audio on your ati card or ?

some say it's a RAM/ BIOS setup problem; tho most point to audio drivers

is your onboard audio disabled? (assuming your audio is on ATI)

No my audio is not on ATI card.

My audio is on motherboard (ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe) and it is enabled.

I am also certain that I did not change anything in audio setup/drivers recently.

    just thinking back on

monitor displays "Input out of range"

this could also be an issue with multiple monitors where the resolution is not insync
