I had a problem with backup recently and recieved good help here. I now know to put backup files on hard drive. I've done that. The next problem is when trying to copy thr 8.8 gig file to dvd using nero software. I drag the folder to the copy window but am told the file is to large for 1 dvd. I know that. how do I inform it to use multiple disks?

i dont think nero will copy to multiple discs. i came across this when someone was trying to split a dvd image to cd's or something similar.
