    yes, im the only administrator, and my bros, and mom are limited....

    its just like a bunch of blank boxes

    see if this helps:

    In XP Pro -- open explorer, tools, folder options, view tab, uncheck: use
    simple file sharing. Now the properties of a file will have a security tab.

    In XP Home -- boot to safe mode and the security tab shows up, simple file
    sharing is off by default in safe mode.
    Also for xp home, check this out. You can tweak xp home to get it to act
    like xp pro.

    yeah, sorry, that link in method 3 is dead, old, extinct.

    I would try method one, boot safe (F8), and set security on that program. Just make sure you know where it is.
