Bios setup on Abit AI7 M/brd

I am setting the bios on my new Abit AI7 m/brd. I have come to the Integrated Peripherals/On Chip IDE Device/IDE Bus Master section.
My Question - How do I decide whether to "Enable" or "Disable" the IDE Bus Master?
I am using Windows XP, 2 Sata 160gb HDDs, 1 Dvd Rom, and 1 DVD rewriter.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Bus Mastering is when devices are allowed to talk to each other directly without having to be controled or use the processor at all, thus reducing processor occupancy.

Basically, turn it on. (which should be default).
