hey im having a problem with a sandisk usb drive, the cruzer mini 256 MB. I stick it into my winxp computer and it freezes the whole computer. I tried it in my winme computer and it worked fine.

Winxp SP1 latest updates

I am running norton antivirus and it is updated but it dont that that norton could cause the problem. Also it seems that SP2 just came, so im gonna dl that and see if it fixes it, but i doubt it. I'm also gonna try sandisk website but i doubt ill find anything there. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

I have that exact same unit and have never experienced a problem with it. The only tip I can give you is to put it in a different USB slot. There's a chance that on your XP computer the USB Ports are damaged, you might want to look at that. Sorry I can't be of any more service to you.
