hi could anyone help me plz every time i go to shut down a end program box comes up with something called ccApp in it i have looked every where to see what it is running but cant find it in the usual places any ideas does it matter that its there it just takes longer to shut down waiting for it to end thank you

It does not pose a problem, so you shouldn't worry about it. The only thing I can think of is that you are running Norton when you shut down. You might have it on the option where it is always running, you just have to look at your options in Norton.
