when i restart or shutdown my computer it shows this error message. I cant exactly read it cuz my computer is shutting down to quickly but i can see this thing called hidebag.exe .DLL can someone plz help me fix it

do you see this "hidebag.exe" in the task manager?

(right click task bar>task manager>processes)
