I have had several problems on my PC (Dell Dimension 2400, intel pentium 4, 2.4 GHz) and have been told the only thing I can do is to have my PC reset to the original settings and reinstall Windows XP and every other program I have a disk for which came with my PC. The problem- I am not the most computer literate person. I have tried to send an e-mail to Dell Tech Support, but due to the problems I am having, I am unable to access the form. Any information would be MOST appreciated.
