I posted earlier because I could not use my help center but now realize problem is worse than that- I can't use system information or anything- I click on items the cursor turns to sandglass fora sec or so then nothing.

I don't know what I did but system restore is not working - What does anyone suggest. I can't even use the remote assistance nothing.

I had the same problem with Help & Support as well as System Info & everything in the System Tools. The hourglass flashes then no other action.

Why doesn't Help and Support work?

Otherwise you can try booting into safe mode & either use restore there or try "last good configuration".
