to me it just sounds like a total spyware clog up and if i were you i would back up my files then format, if you dont feel comfortable with formatting then a thorough going over with spyware programs like ad-aware and spybot

Why is it that men think a format is the easy option? IMHO that is a last resort. I have done it too many times in the past before I knew about spyware etc.....

I believe that the things I was told to remove have fixed it. There have been no crashes as of late, but I'm going to test now.
