Hello all ,very frustrated and needing help !!!! Had a problem with 'elitebar' and '180 search assistant' being installed.I downloaded adware se personel and this seems to have removed every problem, I can now access the internet and browse all sites but I am not able to log on to sites that require passwords etc ( internet banking / shopping and some game sites that i am registerd with)
I have removed adware se personel and am running zone alarm and avg.Am i just one click away from getting my pc back to normal ? Is there a button / check mark that needs looking at ? Cheers for any info,Spike.

i had the same prob it was something to do with 128 bit encryption i use to get a window telling me what i had to do i followed the advice and all was ok

Cheers for that spud,but not sure what to look for or do next - looks like i will have to get someone in.It has been suggested my registry is knackered and that i will have to clear out my hard drive and re- install (unless some other kind person can point me in the right direction)

Have your cookie settings changed? What are they set to now exactly? (Tools, Options, Privacy in Firefox)
