hi guys I had a printer with my old computer it was running win 98 then I bought a new computer (laptop) but for some reason I can't program it in to run the printer I also tried to downloading drivers but nothing works out. its a xerox workcenter 470cx.

dont know if you tried these drivers but just thought i'd pass them on.

the page that the first one is on took a long time to load for me but it comes up. it's from zerox for your printer & xp.

the other two pages you need to register to download.

if it's not the drivers then i don't know sorry

just another thought: can you see the printer in the device manager?

Yeah I can see the printer and I can also go to print it comes up then it just gets stuck on a screen that says do you want to align print cartriges.

no i can't get it to work.
