Hi. When using the Windows Explorer I see the folders and files appear in 'Tiles' the option shown in the View tab, but I want to make them appear in 'Icons'. I know how to make this on an especific folder but I want this option on every folder, is there any way to do this?

In windows explorer change any folder to icon view; then:
go to Tools > Folder Options > View > Apply to all folders
